Block Plant

Over the years, our block quality and production abilities have increased due to the installation of a new Columbia machine with volumetric batching and new kilns, in 1998. This helps us to more accurately measure the ingredients, as well as stay precise and consistent for each batch. The installation of our automatic cuber and four way split machine in 2011 furthered our production and helped solidify our quality. This enables us to produce blocks with greater efficiency and variety.  We are known for our reliable consistency and quick service, and with our truck fleet, we guarantee low wait time.

Since 1944, we have been a manufacturing customer of UCEMC and are proud to offer our products to the community. Our ability to produce split face block has now enabled us to compete in commercial building projects. We offer a wide range of blocks from 1 5/8” solids to 12” regulars, as well as special made sizes in between. To enhance your options, we produce both lightweight and limestone blocks.

Lightweight blocks are used primarily in commercial construction. They provide an even surface for painting and other finishes, and have good resistance to air permeability. In large scale building projects, lightweight blocks are also good for ease of handling and increased speed of installation.

Limestone, due to its solidity, has been used for centuries and many of the building and statues still stand today. For long lasting and durable foundations through all types of weather, limestone stands the test of time.
